Calendar Entries
Calendar entries allow users to add their own schedules to Nexxus. They can be used for meetings, reminders, appointments, or other activities that need to appear on the calendar.
Creating a Calendar Entry
Section titled “Creating a Calendar Entry”Users with the appropriate permission can create a calendar entry with the following information:
- Title — The name of the entry.
- Description (Optional) — Additional information about the entry.
- Location (Optional) — Where the activity will take place.
- Color — The color used to identify the entry on the calendar.
- Start Date & Time — When the entry begins.
- End Date & Time — When the entry ends.
Adding Guests
Section titled “Adding Guests”Users can assign other users as guests to a calendar entry.
Assigned guests will see the entry on their own calendar, allowing everyone involved to keep track of the schedule.
Managing Your Entries
Section titled “Managing Your Entries”Users can edit or delete the calendar entries they created.
Guests can view an entry assigned to them but do not automatically gain permission to modify or delete it.
Viewing an Entry
Section titled “Viewing an Entry”Selecting a calendar entry opens its details, where you can view the information associated with the entry, including its schedule, location, description, and assigned guests.
