Sending Call Sheets
Published call sheets can be shared with users through Nexxus Messages.
Only users with the Send Call Sheets permission can send call sheets.
Download as PDF
Section titled “Download as PDF”After a call sheet has been published, it can be downloaded as a PDF.
This allows the call sheet to be saved, printed, or shared outside of Nexxus when needed.
Send to a Conversation
Section titled “Send to a Conversation”Authorized users can use the Send action to share a published call sheet through:
- Direct messages
- Group messages
The call sheet becomes available to the recipients through the conversation.
Event Participants
Section titled “Event Participants”When a call sheet is sent through an event’s group conversation, users assigned to the event can access the call sheet according to their existing permissions.
Nexxus prevents users from opening call sheets they are not authorized to access.
Pin Call Sheets
Section titled “Pin Call Sheets”Multiple call sheets can be pinned within a conversation.
Pinned call sheets remain easily accessible to participants without requiring them to search through the conversation history.
Access Control
Section titled “Access Control”Sharing a call sheet does not bypass Nexxus permissions.
If a user does not have authorization to access a call sheet, they will not be able to open it even if the call sheet was shared in a conversation.
