Introduction

Welcome to Nexxus, an event and production management platform designed to help teams manage events, talents, clients, schedules, call sheets, communication, and production tasks in one place.

Nexxus brings the different parts of event production together around each event. Teams can manage assigned talents, schedule rehearsals, create call sheets, track event checklists, communicate with participants, and keep important information organized.

This documentation provides a guide to the features available in Nexxus and explains how to use them.

  • Manage Events — Create and manage events, assign clients and talents, schedule rehearsals, and track production tasks.
  • Manage Clients — Store client information and view their associated events.
  • Manage Talents — Manage talent profiles, review onboarding information, and approve or reject talent applications.
  • Schedule Rehearsals — Create rehearsals, assign attendees, and manage rehearsal schedules.
  • Create Call Sheets — Build call sheets using reusable templates, customize their content, and share them with participants.
  • Manage Your Calendar — View events, rehearsals, and personal calendar entries.
  • Communicate — Send direct messages, create group conversations, and share call sheets.
  • Track Production Tasks — Use event checklists to organize and monitor production tasks.
  • Manage Media — Upload, organize, and manage production-related media.

When you first open Nexxus, you will be redirected to the Login page. Sign in using the credentials provided by your administrator.

After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to your Dashboard. The dashboard and available features depend on your assigned role and permissions.

Use the sidebar to navigate through Nexxus. Some pages or actions may not be available to you depending on your permissions.
